The Laurels of Summit Ridge is seeking candidates for a Full-Time Maintenance Director.
Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Director maintains preventive maintenance schedules using TELS and completes routine work orders. Repairs physical structures, maintains utility systems of building, and monitors maintains compliance with the Life Safety Code. Supervises contractors as applicable. Installs, services, and repairs mechanical equipment.
Experience and/or Pre-requisites
- Two years experience in Maintenance in healthcare setting preferred.
- Possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and repair the above systems.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read and write.
- Ability to work flexible hours and report to work for emergency situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all staff, patients, families and visitors.
- Basic computer skills such as e-mail, TELS, etc.
