Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of busbar technology, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a proven track record in managing key accounts within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support.

Account Development:
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of products and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop account expansion strategies and achieve revenue growth targets.
Â
Technical Expertise:
Possess in-depth knowledge of busbar technology and its applications.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights to clients.

Project Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure the successful execution of projects and timely delivery of products.
Coordinate with clients to gather technical requirements and provide accurate project timelines.

Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and address any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical account management within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts and achieving revenue targets.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in busbar technology and its applications.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to think strategically and propose effective solutions.
