Join our client in Dunwoody, GA as a Benefits Coordinator. In the Benefits Coordinator position, you will answer benefit-related questions and ensure all team members are set up for success when it comes to using their company benefits.

 

This is a direct placement role with our client, hybrid role of 3 days in office.

 

What you’ll do:

As a Bilingual Benefits Coordinator you will play a key role in managing team member benefits, ensuring accurate administration, compliance with regulations, and providing assistance to team members with inquiries and enrollment processes

 

Job duties include:

  • Oversee maintenance and administration of team member’s benefits and files.
  • Manage benefits enrollments, terminations, beneficiary changes,and Qualified Medical Child
  • Support Orders (“QMCSO”).
  • Compose and send benefits related letters
  • Monitor QMSCO, termedin error, STD, and other reports as needed.
  • Communicate with carriers and team members receiving benefits to notify them of changes in coverage and to resolve problems.
  • Provide directions, support and advice to team members regarding their benefits.
  • Administer and monitor Annual Open Enrollment Process.
  • Other job duties as needed.

 

YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (“GED”).
  • 2 or more years of experience in benefits administration and HRIS documentation
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Efficient in Word, Excel, Outlook,and the use of the internet.
  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA,FMLA, ACA, and other applicable regulations.
