Summary
Responsibilities
- Aligned with Talent Acquisition and HR priorities, execute upon Relocation, Recruit Marketing, job distribution and ATS system and training programs.
- Serve as expert supporting recruit marketing activities, digital/social content alignment with TA and internal marketing team.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team and HR constituents related recruit marketing and alignment with ATS requirements and Relocation program.
- Expand opportunities to broaden candidate reach and candidate experience.
- Scope and document process improvement opportunities, solutions, best practices and create centralized solution of resources (policies, process documents, communications, training materials) to help drive consistency across Talent Acquisition function.
- Participate and support training programs for system/process enhancements within the scope of key programs.
- Partner with operations and technology teams to seamlessly integrate all talent acquisition technology and platforms including current and exploration of future (i.e., job aggregators, digital solutions, etc.) with applicant tracking system to create efficiencies in hiring process.
- Support Relocation program to ensure smooth candidate and hiring manager experience, follow and streamline program guidelines and process.
- Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Ability to work independently in functional area
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
