The Spirit of the Position:

As an LPI Agent, you perform nightly license plate inventory throughout the Denver International Airport parking facilities. Collect and report inventory results. Every night, you will follow a detailed map.

  • Schedule: Full-Time 2300 until 0730

Principal Job Duties:

  • Perform inventory by utilizing the provided LPI system
  • Verify each plate and correct misreads.
  • Manually enter missing or non-present plates into the system.
  • Exit vehicles and walk vehicles to obtain license plate information
  • Ensure all license plates are entered correctly and fully.
  • Complete and submit daily reporting
  • Help customers seeking help
  • Ensure the vehicle provided is maintained in a clean and undamaged condition
  • Report any incidents involving equipment, vehicles, facility environment, or customers.
  • Provide accurate information to the public regarding parking and general Airport information.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must have a clean driving record and pass the MVR driving record check
  • Excellent reliability/punctuality
  • Must be able to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Able to learn and understand proprietary software applications
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to understand and follow guidelines and procedures
  • Possess problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
  • Follow safety procedures regarding self, environment, equipment, and vehicles
  • Must be able to clear and maintain airport badging requirements.
  • Must meet required speaking and listening skills assessment level

Physical Demands:

  • Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
  • Ability to sit in a vehicle for long periods.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
  • Ability to perform functions that require repetitive motions.
