Job Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the Six Flags Over Georgia Employee Services Office (ESO). Responsible for the day to day operation of the ESO, not limited to but including the accurate recording of employees’ time, coaching, counseling, and discipline, administering training, and contribution to employee retention and development.
Job Duties:
- All duties of the ESO Clerk
- Provide leadership for the park including coaching, counseling and discipline of seasonal employees.
- Be knowledgeable about the time management, employee record, and timekeeping systems with the ability to troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- Monitoring minor employees for Six Flags Atlanta Properties to ensure policies and procedures related to hours of work and positions worked are being observed.
- Assist in implementation of employee relations programs such as Team Six Rewards, employee events, and surprise & delights.
- Distribute complimentary tickets through ticket management system.
- Enforce park policies including attendance, standards of conduct, and standards of appearance.
- Compile and process data entry of audits and surveys to evaluate overall job quality.
- Maintain ESO’s appearance and overall cleanliness and organization.
- Facilitate and assist with all aspects of Human Resources department, including Wardrobe, Recruiting, Training, and Special Events.
- Conduct workplace investigations related to harassment, violence, malicious gossip, etc.
- Screen and interview new applicants for park positions.
- Correspond with park leadership to validate timekeeping records daily.
- Perform all other additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for This Position:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work 30-40 hours a week or more. Flexible schedule required, ability to work year-round including nights, weekends, holidays, and extra hours if needed.
- Previous Supervisory/Theme Park /Human Resources experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in an ever-changing, fast paced, high volume environment while problem solving.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
