ADESA Kitchener has opportunities for Casual, Part-Time Transport Drivers, working up to 24 hours per week. The ideal candidate is a well-organized team player with a clean Driver's Abstract. Responsibilities

  • Drive vehicles to and from the auction. Drivers are required to report to ADESA in the morning and travel in a van with a lead driver to various dealerships to pick-up vehicles and deliver them to the auction.

  • Represent the auction in a professional and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service

  • Must be safety conscious and ensure that vehicle is road-worthy by checking tires, fuel, lights, signals & brakes

  • Accurately complete relevant paperwork. Maintain contact with customers to ensure smooth transition of vehicle pick-ups and delivery.

Educational/Experience Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Driver abstract required

  • Must be able to work flexible hours and days of week

  • Must be willing to take out of town trips

  • Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles

  • Basic computer skills and familiar with mobile technology

  • Must be a reliable team player

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized and detail oriented team player

  • Criminal Record Check cleared by ADESA is mandatory.
