Responsibilities: Performs inspection, maintenance, and repair work on building systems and components. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of various technologies, including electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and plumbing.
Requirements: 5 years related work experience in a multi-complex maintenance environment.
The full-time equivalent in trades programs may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement.
Salary Range: Minimum 26.96 per hour - Maximum 31.30 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
