What You Will Do:

The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is Responsible for directing the clinical and administrative nursing activities for all patient- care units on evening and night shifts. Interprets policies and procedures and communicates to physicians, nursing staff, and other Medical Center departments. Reallocates staff; responds to emergency situations. Serves as professional resource person in resolving complex patient care problems. Participates in development and revision of Nursing Department educational programs, policies, procedures, and standards.

What you will bring:

Salary Range: Minimum 48.32 per hour - Maximum 74.90 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
