The ED Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a versatile and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to adult patients in various units within the organization. This role requires adaptability, expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering the best care to patients facing a variety of medical conditions. As a member of the float pool, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care during their hospital stay. Who Should Apply:
- Associate degree in Nursing required
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
- BLS CPR certification required
- No RN experience required. Training will be provided!

Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire

Salary Range: Minimum 34.00 per hour - Maximum 51.16 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
