What You Will Do:

The Nursing Inquiry Coordinator collaborates with key nurse leaders and front-line clinicians at Bayview Medical Center to lead, direct, coordinate, and evaluate the design of key initiatives and projects that have a direct effect on professional practice nursing programs to achieve objectives and standards.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Chair the Nursing Inquiry Council
  2. QI/EBP/Research education
  3. Serve as a consultant to the nursing units
  4. Review research studies and serve as PI, co-PI for studies
  5. Data management
  6. Writing/editing/publishing

Who Should Apply:

  • Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing is required. Applicants without the required degree who are enrolled and matriculated in a MSN program may be considered.
  • Three to five years of clinical nursing experience with three years’ program or project management experience.
  • Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Maryland
  • Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary setting in order to facilitate problem solving and establish productive working relationships.

Salary Range: Minimum 43.93 per hour - Maximum 68.09 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
