Industrial Sales and Operations Support Specialist

Salary: $14-$20 per Hour based on experience 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: Present and sell our top-notch products/services to clients
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships and product knowledge
• Account Management: Oversee account services, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving concerns
• Reporting: Prepare status reports, track goals, and communicate opportunities to staff
• Team Coordination: Work with staff to successfully close sales

Additional Responsibilities:

• Marketing Events: Participate in seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing
• Payment Collection: Follow up on payments
• Logistics: Coordinate shipping schedules, including international trade

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image
• Travel: Valid state driver's license
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overnight travel
