Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)
StartDate: 5/19/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D/E/N Pay Rate: $2196.52 - $2406.82
Occupational Therapist needed to provide one-on-one therapy care for patients in their home setting! Active VT OT license & Home Health experience required. McKesson/Netsmart EMR experience preferred. Preference for candidates who have no time off requests. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and colleagues to ensure a person’s needs are met. Provide occupational therapy care to a broad cross-section of clients living in central Vermont. Offer education and support to individuals to help them set and reach their goals of care. Support your clients’ desire to maintain their independence and to live in their own home.

Home Health experience
Preferred Qualifications
