JOB SUMMARY

Manage cash application process making sure all cash receipts are applied properly and staff is managed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all deposits (customer, driver, will-call, mail, ACH pushes) are applied correctly
  • Collaborate with Credit Department to correct customer accounts
  • Manage Employee Accounts and Intra Company accounts of our Sysco affiliates
  • Manage reconciliations for intercompany, VNC/CNV and cash related recs
  • Manage document imaging
  • Oversee ECredits


QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

  • Seven or more years of accounting experience
  • Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software


Professional Skills

  • Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting accountants, vendors, and upper management
  • Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
