Lead Specialist, Service Stores

Lead, motivate, coach, and communicate with the service team. Assist managing day-to-day of People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Help maintain inventory records of Baxter parts and components. Perform various technician duties in support of the department supervisor or engineer. This is a full-time position where the candidate would report to the Batesville office. The hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations. Fills in for employees who are sick, on vacation, training, etc. Record keeping and maintenance of various production reports. Complete shift operations, reporting, and other paper work as required in specific department. Assist in daily operational Warehouse Worker duties as necessary. Serve as a Department Safety Coordinator. Packing of various finished products and raw material. Perform material handling duties including loading and unloading of trucks. Computerized labor reporting & inventory control transactions. Support production / rework requirements. Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, tools and fixtures. Back-Fill for Supervisor when they are not available.
