As the Commercial Operations Pricing & Contracts Manager you will provide guidance and recommendations on new revenue opportunities for U.S. commercial leadership with a primary focus on our US Care Connectivity Solutions (CCS) business. Responsibilities include a mix of pricing integrity, pricing recommendations, pricing controls, customer deal modelling, and margin analysis. This role operates in the intersection of strategy, sales support, finance, and cross-functional partnership. You will work directly with sales leaders, finance leaders, marketing, legal, & contracting across all divisions of CCS to continue to support Baxter’s profitable growth. What you'll do: Collaborate with Area Vice Presidents and Regional Sales Managers to develop customer strategies and handle key relationships with high-value IDN or accounts. Provide advanced level of strategic support for Sales, Marketing and Finance leadership on large, organic contracting opportunities including pricing recommendations, positioning strategies, and margin analysis. Ensure pricing commitments are aligned with contractual obligations across Group Purchasing Organization & customer group (IDN) contracts; including but not limited to MFNs, price changes, government pricing obligations, and other value additions (warranties, services, etc.). Key point of contact for our PSS (Patient Support Systems) sales team for local revenue opportunities and deal modelling - Support focuses on our Capital Bed business, Safe Patient Handling, Service, and Rental Business. Drive achievement of financial objectives by delivering smart and innovative analytics to business partners to aid and enhance decision making. Perform revenue projections and post mortem analysis for previously completed recommendations. What we need from you: Demonstrated ability to establish strategic direction and drive execution. History of collaboration and building consensus on strategy across multiple functions. Strong financial modelling ability with experience in supporting a sales force in strategic opportunities. Understanding of team contribution to larger organization and impact on business strategy. Proven track record to evaluate, interpret, and incorporate financial data into decision-making process and present a clear plan to leadership. Success in building realistic plans, including resource deployment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with partners at all levels. Ability to adjust to opposing and quickly shifting priorities. History of working independently with little direction. Consistent track record to run multiple projects simultaneously and within timelines. Strong problem-solving skills. History and comfort working in a highly matrixed cross-functional environment. Bachelor’s Degree. 5 years experience within finance/ pricing role.
