The Supply Chain S&OP Planner will be responsible for owning the forecasting of spare parts demands versus production, working closely with Supply Chain to build forecasts and ensure their execution. This role will require strong analytical skills, experience with supply chain and material planning, and the ability to design and implement tools to predict demand. What You'll Do: Own the forecasting of spare parts demands versus production. Build forecasts in conjunction with Supply Chain and ensure their execution. Identify and engage necessary resources to support forecasting and planning efforts. Identify barriers and recommend solutions to ensure successful project execution. Develop project plans and implement them to timeline. Communicate project status to senior management. Design a tool to predict demand in collaboration with IT and Supply Chain. Analyze complex data to understand trade-offs between different business objectives and present recommendations. Identify, measure, and analyze potential opportunities within the supply chain. Analyze IB and high runners of parts consumption. Develop proactive campaigns on selected asset classes. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and other partners. Travel up to 20 - 25%. What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering (preferred). 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on material planning and forecasting. Strong analytical skills. Experience building relationships with vendors. Knowledge of supply chain and material planning principles. Experience with forecasting and planning tools and technologies. Strong communication and project management skills.
