Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, distribution, material handling, picking, and goods movement. Create and maintain a positive and equitable working environment that promotes productivity, safety, and teamwork. Effectively communicate issues to leadership and work collaboratively to find solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to material movement between ERPs. Drive improvement in warehouse KPIs, such as inventory accuracy, service level, and backorder. Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, as well as import and export paperwork for international receipts and shipments. Facilitate and verify training for employees in the warehouse, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their job effectively. Commit to employee feedback and development through Talent Management, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Maintain a clean and safe work area using 5S Principles to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
