Department/Unit Summary

Critical Care Step Down is a crucial component of聽the health care system. The department focuses on providing care to critically ill patients of various acuities who no longer need intensive level care within the ICU but still need closer monitoring and treatment. 聽

Our team is staffed with skillfully trained nurses and healthcare professionals that provide care at the highest quality, significantly improving patient outcomes


Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN. Additional requirements include:

  • Basic Life Support certification is required within30 days of hire.
  • ACLS鈥擱equired within 6 months of hire.聽
  • PALS鈥擱equired within 6 months of hire.
