Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, and installing equipment while performing predictive and preventative maintenance.
- This role requires reading mechanical prints, electrical wiring diagrams, and various system diagrams to ensure optimal functionality of machinery.
- This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive team environment.
- Perform machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Execute predictive and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams.
- Install, repair, and fabricate equipment parts.
- Conduct inspections and adjust components as necessary.
- Initiate purchase orders for machine parts.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, steam, and boiler systems.
- Proficiency in cutting/welding and conveyor systems.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience in maintenance mechanics or a similar role.
