The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining carpet and hard surface floors by using machinery for tasks such as floor stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, refinishing, sealing, and spot cleaning, following manufacturer-approved methods. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness and floor care across various environments.
Pay: $ 22

Schedule:Sunday 4pm-12:30am, Mon-Thurs 6pm-2:30am

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older  Â
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Responsibilities:
Â
- Operate machinery to complete assigned stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning of floors.Â
- Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systemsÂ
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authoritiesÂ
- Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilitiesÂ
- Assists as needed.Â
