Position Overview: This position requires multidiscipline knowledge in all areas related to systems engineering including systems design, modeling, requirements development, and integration and test. Diplomatically interface with all levels of management, employees, internal and external customers, and vendors. Experience writing and reviewing CONOPS. This position is contingent upon Award. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of experience, a master’s degree in a STEM discipline with 6 years of experience or a PhD in a STEM discipline with 3 years of experience. Experience with modeling and simulation in missile defense. Experience in agile software development methodologies including Scrum or Kanban. Experience in developing and maintaining requirements and technical documentation. Able to prioritize, execute and delegate tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment. Basic Understanding of MBSE tools and software, such as Cameo Enterprise Architect or other industry-specific MBSE tools. Ability to work 100% onsite in Bellevue, NE. Active Department of Defense Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using MBSE & Cameo. Data Analysis & RF Mission processing.
