Bardy Diagnostics is an exciting, fast growing organization within Baxter with unique and compelling products looking for the right Senior Manager, Frontend Software to help us achieve our mission. Join a multi-skilled, dedicated, and talented team developing state-of-the-art wearable cardiac arrhythmia monitors and associated cloud-based software. In this role, you will be a hands-on leader of a dedicated team focused on the development of these products. Responsibilities will include leading translation of the UX design wireframes to actual code that will enhance usability and performance. You will work with UX designers and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation. Your expertise in software development best practices and team management will help form culture and guide us to more productive and efficient product cycles. What you'll be doing: Manage and provide technical oversight of a team of Frontend developers implementing compelling & responsive user-interfaces for our cloud-based, desktop and mobile applications. Devise and establish development policies and systems to support efficient team execution. Develop and maintain appropriate procedures to ensure worldwide regulatory compliance. Guide team in collaboration with designers and stakeholders on requirements and design. Oversee the UI design and code consistent with up-to-date design patterns meeting today’s security and regulatory standards. Deliver high quality and timely results to meet the business needs. Oversee development activities and evaluate them according to established goals.
