Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Global Client Executive to join our team, focusing on building and expanding our strategic relationships with hyperscalers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a global strategy, driving design wins, and fostering strong relationships within the hyperscaler space.

 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy that aligns with our organization's objectives and leverages the strengths of various hyperscaler platforms. This includes identifying market opportunities, defining value propositions, and establishing clear business objectives.

2. Design Wins: Drive design wins by engaging with key stakeholders within hyperscalers and our organization. Collaborate with product teams, engineering, and marketing to position our solutions effectively and secure design wins across different hyperscaler platforms.

3. Ecosystem Collaboration: Work closely with the hyperscaler ecosystem, including partners, resellers, and developers, to create mutually beneficial relationships and drive joint business initiatives. Leverage the ecosystem to expand our reach, enhance our offerings, and drive customer success.

4. Hunter Mentality: Possess a proactive and tenacious "hunter" mentality to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hyperscaler customer base. Actively seek out potential clients, build relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective account management and sales strategies.

5. Expansion and Growth: Focus on expanding our footprint within the hyperscaler space by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling our products and services. Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive growth and market penetration.

6. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at hyperscalers, including executives, decision-makers, and technical teams. Understand the hyperscaler space and effectively navigate the complex organizational structure to influence and drive positive outcomes.
 

*To be close to our customer, being based in Redmond, WA will be part of your consideration for this role. 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a strategic sales or business development role, preferably with a focus on the technology industry and engagement with hyperscalers.
  • Strong understanding of the hyperscaler space, including different hyperscaler platforms, cloud services, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing global strategies, driving design wins, and expanding business within large enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
     

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field or equivalent additional stated experience
     

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 329,885 - 426,910 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailed information about the specific benefits for your region during the recruitment process.
