Position Summary:
- The Team Support Specialist provides essential support to the delivery of health services in compliance with regulations and agency policies to ensure excellent patient care. Supports Manager in payroll and report monitoring functions.
Make sure all employee's timesheets match in Kronos to MatrixCare. Keep track of aides/clients with special circumstances to make sure their Kronos/Matrixcare match.
Entering any missing time punches the staff may have in Kronos, log pay codes into Kronos for applicable employees.
Create the Payroll Batch for The Sweeps in MatrixCare-every Thursday and every other Sunday for PHS and Baltimore Care at Home.
Calculate incentive bonus pay for the CNAs/PSOs/HHAs. Enter any incentive bonus pay for the aides into Kronos.
Clear hospital employee shifts in Matrixcare and balance to Kronos. Log meal breaks for hospital employees in Kronos. Put in orientation and training hours for staff into Kronos.
Communicate with the scheduling supervisor regarding any questions/concerns about our aides in our hospital facilities. Take note of any hospital cancellations, make sure the aide is paid the proper amount and that the hospital is billed accordingly.
Speak to employees when they have issues with their checks, need help finding their paystubs, getting their W2, etc
Backup to the Reception desk area, Intake and Scheduling as needed.
Shift:
Part-time, Day shift (30 hours per week)
8:30am - 5:00pm (Flexible Hours)
Some Weekend Work Required

Suburban Hospital / Sibley Memorial Hospital Offices
Education/ Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Post high school education or training preferred.
- 3 years experience in health care related field, home health experience preferred.
Salary Range: Minimum 18.00 per hour - Maximum 24.72 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
