We are currently seeking an experienced medical coder for an immediate full-time, 40-hour position with a flexible M-F schedule.聽 Duties: 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Review and analyze medical records and assign ICD-10-CM, ICD-10CM, CPT, and DRG optimization. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Work closely with healthcare providers and billing staff to resolve coding-related issues. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify coding discrepancies. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Collaborate with billing dept to submit accurate claims to insurance providers and government agencies. 聽 Experience: 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽1 year experience as a medical coder in a healthcare setting. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Previous experience working in a clinical documentation improvement department or as a consultant strongly encouraged 聽 Requirements: 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) preferred. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Associate (CCA) required.
