IN THE ROLE Â
Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectationsÂ
Develop new relationship – and maintain existing relationships – working with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycleÂ
Present financial solutions, based on customer needs, that meet their goalsÂ
Present customers with optional insurance productsÂ
Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understandingÂ
Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales toolsÂ
Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulationsÂ

RequirementsÂ
HS Diploma/GEDÂ
Ability to obtain Insurance Licensing within 6months of start date (as applicable by state law)Â
Â
Preferred RequirementsÂ
Sales, customer service or financial services experienceÂ

Location: On site  Â
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.   Â
