The Terraces of Boise, one of several HumanGood communities named “Best Independent Living” and “Best Continuing Care Retirement Community 2024” by U.S. News & World Report is hiring a Director of Sales - Senior Living.  The Sales Director is responsible for achieving sales goals established by executive leadership.

** Annual Salary Range: $65,000-90,000 (DOE) plus commission  

To be successful in this role you would have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other applicable degree; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
  • Current/prior sales experience in senior living, including Independent Living and Assisted Living that requires an entrance fee, is highly desirable.  
  • Current/prior experience networking, conducting tours, and making sales presentations to prospective residents is highly desirable.
  • Leading and coordinating marketing events to build community awareness and engagement and networking is preferred.
  • Current/prior experience working with SalesForce or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and other community leaders.
  • Valid driver’s license.
