Hiring Bonus: $1,000 (broke out over 5 months full time or hours work in 2 payments)
- New Employee must be in good standings and good attendanceÂ
- New Employee will receive $500 after 60 days of FT employment or 320hrs worked FT/PT.
- New Employee will receive another $500 after 150days of FT employment or 800hrs worked FT/PT.
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to team members Â
• Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management Â
• Report performance issues to the SupervisorÂ
• Assist with the training of cleaning teamÂ
• Coordinate work assignments Â
• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules Â
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building Â
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property Â
• Report work orders for maintenanceÂ
• Makes sure premises are secured at all times Â
• Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the workÂ
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with ManagerÂ
• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building Â
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weeklyÂ
• Complete order forms completely and accuratelyÂ
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventoriesÂ
