The Lead Cleaner III is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.Â

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or olderÂ
• No experience required and on the job training providedÂ
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree requiredÂ
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service experience Â
• One (1) year of similar work experienceÂ
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to team members Â
• Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management Â
• Report performance issues to the SupervisorÂ
• Assist with the training of cleaning teamÂ
• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules Â
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building Â
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property Â
• Report work orders for maintenanceÂ
• Makes sure premises are secured at all times Â
• Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the workÂ
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with ManagerÂ
• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building Â
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weeklyÂ
• Complete order forms completely and accuratelyÂ
