The Digital Release Manager will be responsible for leading planning and execution of the customer application and platform releases. The role is a key coordinator of the enterprise components, delivery teams, dependences, and process improvements that will drive efficiency and value to the customer with high quality releases. The position is a member of the Core Platform Capabilities team that ensures the alignment and optimization of cross-cutting capabilities and key processes, including Identity, Security, Data, Chatbot & AI, and Release Management, to deliver seamless customer experiences while meeting compliance standards. Critical in ensuring flexibility, scalability, and customer-centric solutions that meet both and current business needs. Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements: Lead planning and execution of release management activities within Openbank. Ensure smooth and successful product deployment by managing release delivery processes and cross-functional alignment across teams. Oversee release plans, schedules and timelines to support product delivery. Run execution of release activities, including deployments and post-release monitoring. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless product delivery. Identify efficiency, automation, and speed improvements to the pipeline and delivery process.
