Job Description:

The Role

As the Trade, Research & Monitoring Experience Principal Analyst, you bring strong business and system analysis skills to help design and deliver new and enhanced digital capabilities for Fidelity’s retail crypto clients.

The role reports to the Fidelity Crypto Experience Team Lead and works closely with the trading, research, and monitoring experience lead. You’ll be helping identify and document requirements, work with user design, legal and compliance as well as multiple technical and business partners to ensure a seamless implementation of new digital solutions for our clients.

You are committed to developing your own knowledge and bringing the latest creative thinking to your role to help strengthen our overall team.

  • Work with the experience lead to understand business priorities to help you identify key focus areas.

  • Work with marketing, user research and client services teams to understand our customer’s needs.

  • Partner with user experience designers to think creatively on how to solve problems and build digital client experiences that will deliver value to our clients and translate into business results.

  • Help translate and communicate both our business and technical needs to technical partners.

  • Support our technical partners through the development lifecycle to ensure what’s being delivered meets our stated needs.

  • Operate within an agile framework leveraging agile tools to document our requirements.

  • Be curious: stay current on industry trends and share these insights with our product teams.

  • Facilitate discussions, drive progress, and make informed decisions that demonstrate your understanding of capabilities, objectives, requirements, systems, and interdependencies.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 8+ years of business and systems analysis, product and/or program management experience in an agile environment

  • JiraAlign and Jira experience preferred

  • Digital Asset experience a plus

  • Critical thinking and good judgment

  • Effective relationship building with key business, IT, legal, risk, and compliance partners

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • The ability to negotiate and influence at all levels

  • Self-starter with a passion for products, technology, and customer experience

  • The ability to define, refine, and present capability vision to our partners to rally support

  • Inspect and evaluate progress and remove impediments

  • The ability to anticipate and prioritize client and partner needs

The Team

The Fidelity Digital Assetsâ„  Product Delivery function drives the delivery and execution of multiple product areas and initiatives to maximize business value and customer satisfaction. The Fidelity Digital Assetsâ„  Product Delivery function has a division called the Fidelity Crypto Experience team which is accountable for the ongoing management and integration of key capabilities within the Fidelity Crypto digital product experience.
