• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Nights, Swings
• Primary need is for nights with some swing shifts
• Average of 7 admits during night shift and average of 14 patients per day shift
• Closed ICU with no procedures and hospitalists run codes
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
