Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the configuration and deployment of network assets including, POS systems, sound, SFTV, etc.
- Provide support for Admissions, Retail and Food Service POS Systems.
- Provide and troubleshooting for 250+ computers and other hardware.
- Support a multi-segmented multimode/single mode fiber optics network.
- Provide technical support to end-users covering all software and hardware related issues.
- Provide support for digital/analog telephone system for users and park attractions.
- Provide park-wide support on network based park-sound system.
- Maintain asset inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic knowledge of Network Switching.
- Must be able to work independently with limited or remote direction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have advanced computer literacy with strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications and experience with Windows operating systems.
- Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.
