Serving staffing partners in the Sioux Falls, Brookings, Yankton, Mitchell, Watertown, Aberdeen, Pierre, Sioux City, and numerous other rural locations.
Job Duties May Include:
- PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living Settings
- Nursing care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease
- Aide with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake
- Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
- Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes, as needed
- Work with a team of nurse aides and/or medication aides to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed
- Observe patient and notify facility supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
- Other nursing responsibilities, as needed

Experience:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse within South Dakota, or ability to apply for reciprocity/endorsement
Maintains required certification / qualifications and associated standards.
Experience preferred
