Production Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials onto sandblasting machine, adhesive applicator and paint machines
- Use razor blade to trim off excess materials before baking in the oven OR operate trim machine
- Load ovens with completed materials to allow product to settle before trimming
- Load carts of new product and deliver to stations as needed
- Utilize a grinder to grind tools/parts as needed
- Etch/stamp completed tires with custom logos and package for shipment
- Operate stand-up forklift to move materials through facility
Requirements for Production:
- Able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally (5-10x/day) and 15lbs repetitively (10+ times/hour)
- Able to bend, twist, push, pull and pinch/grasp
- Able to stand for 10+ hour shifts
- Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
