Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking a Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer, you will be part of the Electrical Engineering department, supporting the Product Strategy and Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, collaborative communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer
Location: Greensboro, NC
Key Responsibilities

Develop and document electrical and electronics components, including simulations

Set and manage component requirements in collaboration with suppliers

Evaluate and recommend new components, ensuring cross-functional alignment

Manage supplier relationships and work distribution for component development

Contribute to the Product Strategy Roadmap for complex and large-scale components
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

5+ years of experience in electrical and electronics engineering

Proficiency in component development and documentation
-
Experience in supplier management and requirements specification

Strong communication and mentorship skills, with an ability to lead by example
