The Mansion at Rosemont is looking for a Full-Time Resident Care Assistant to join our team in the Wellness Clinic!

  • Day shift
  • Monday - Friday schedule
  • $15 - $16 / hour

Our Resident Assistant in the Clinic would provide assistance to Independent Living residents, in the following ways specifically:

  • You would actively incorporate the CARF/CCAC standards into the daily rhythm of life of the residents.
  • Accurately reports unusual symptoms and problems of residents to supervisor.
  • May assist residents in arranging appointments and transportation as needed.
  • You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation.
  • You will work on a one-on-one basis with residents providing direct resident care and assisting in residents’ activities of daily living and scheduled program activities.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

  • Prior experience working with seniors
