What We Want:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, or聽work experience in Accounting
- 3+聽years of accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
路 Accurately enters specified accounts payables into the accounting software
路 Accurately post journal entries for all companies
路 Assist in preparing financial reports for all companies using appropriate accounting principles and accurate entries
路 Balance accounts receivable for all divisions of the company
路 Apply accounts receivable remits for assigned divisions
路 Oversee scanning and depositing of checks
路 Reconcile balance sheet accounts, verify daily bank activity to the general ledger
路 Assist with month-end collections closeouts
路 Balance Debtor Cash Deposits to Artiva Batches Daily
路 Order supplies, match purchase orders to invoices for all purchases
路 Maintain files and storage of files
路 Provide auditors, Controller, and CFO with information when needed
路 Reconcile appropriate bank statements in a timely manner
路 Process ACH/Check payments to clients for collection services
路 Accurately post journal entries for all companies
