Estimator (Roofing & Siding) - 100% Employee Paid Benefits!

The Staff Pad is looking for an Estimator in Burnsville, Minnesota. This is a full-time position. 

Roles and Responsibilities:  

Primary Function- Support of the Omaha market from the Burnsville Office

• Process S&P requests that are submitted for the Omaha market
  
• Process requests for Roofing Cash Bids, Re-Inspections, and conversion of partial jobs into full replacements
  
• Create and send estimate and any supporting documentation to insurance and/or field rep as needed
  
• Follow up on files to ensure progress is being made
  
• Process estimates for Siding and Misc Trades to get approval
  
• Send estimates for branded gutters, garage doors, window screens, painting, etc. to insurance for approval
  
• Contact insurance carrier to ensure file has been received and is being actively reviewed
  
• Negotiate with insurance company to come to an agreement on final scope and price for work completed. 
  
• Process supplements for Roofing, Siding and Misc Trades
  
• Compare existing estimate to what was used for the build and building code required changes. Submits changes to insurance for review. 
  
• Contact insurance carrier to ensure file has been received and is being actively reviewed
  
• Negotiate with insurance company to come to an agreement on final scope and price for work completed. 
  
• Schedule work with the Misc Trade vendors directly. The Roofing Production Coordination and Siding Production Manager will schedule the roof and siding work. 
  
• Coordinate with Production Coordinators to ensure roof and siding work is being completed in a timely manner
  

Secondary Duties- support of MN/IA/WI market workload if Omaha volume is slow

• Assist other estimators with projects as needed to ensure workflow continues without delay
  

Experience with Xactimate is required. 

Base Pay is $45,000 to $50,000

Bonus eligible. 

Medical- 100% of premium for employee paid

401(k) eligible. 3% employer contribution regardless of employee participation
