Our client, a leader in the property management industry, is seeking a Mechanical Technician to join their team. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting critical facility management. What's the Job?

  • Oversee the maintenance and continuous operation of all boilers and related building systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, water chemistry testing, and necessary repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws and guidelines related to boiler operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of building rounds, boiler logs, and compliance documentation.
  • Identify safety hazards and participate in safety training programs.

What's Needed?

  • State of MA / Cambridge 2nd class firemen license is REQUIRED.
  • 3+ years of boiler/systems operational experience.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in facility-related systems.
  • Basic working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
  • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
