The position requires the following primary duties to be successful:""
- Develop and implement proper communication methods between outside sales and call center
- Identify and assess future and current protocols for scheduling outside lead
- Work alongside training and compliance lead to ensure proper scheduling protocols are in place
- The liaison between all parties in the sales process
