Position Summary: Responsible for daily epoxy flooring installation. Completing full onsite customer installations as well as product sizing, adjustments, and customizing using provided equipment. While maintaining a white-glove customer service experience 100% of the time.Â

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel in assigned territory to complete epoxy flooring installations at customer location(s)
- Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness
- Provide quality installation services by following established installation training processes
- Provide excellent customer service experience while on the job site
- Follow established job site safety rules, PPE policies, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures
- Solve onsite installation challenges through product measuring, adjustments, and customizations including use of essential hand tools and battery-operated tools
- Must be able to operate a company-provisioned vehicle
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience preferred epoxy flooring &/or residential remodeling, construction backgroundÂ
- Ability to operate a company vehicleÂ
- Demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail
- Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Travel Requirements:
- 25%-50% domestic travel required.
Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:
- Additional Hours May Be Required (Exempt Positions)
Physical Requirements
- Field Office/Manufacturing/Construction Environment
- Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
- Heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, &/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, &/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
