We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Regional Director with experience in leadership and the financial services industry. You will be part of a dynamic financial services team responsible for providing financial services to customers (dealers and auctions) within a specific geographic area. You will be involved in leading the provision of financial services, growing revenues, expanding portfolios, and driving penetration of financial products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in business development, risk management, and employee development. The ideal candidate will have at least six (6) years of experience in the automotive or financial services industry, with a minimum of five (5) years in a supervisory or management position.

You Will:

  • Use your leadership and management skills to develop a robust pipeline and achieve financial and non-financial goals.

  • Coach, train, and develop team members to utilize customer acquisition, retention, and risk mitigation tools.

  • Oversee efforts to monitor and collect receivables, account for property used to secure loans, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to both internal and external customers.

Who You Will Work With:

Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role will lead other people leaders in multiple states. 

Must Have's:

  • 8+ years of experience in the automotive or financial services industry.

  • 5+ years of experience in a people leadership position. 

  • Familiarity with automotive and financial services industries.

  • Excellent employee development, change management, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to Have's:

  • Experience in establishing and elevating relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
