What You'll Do:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of AFC policies, processes, and procedures related to processing of contracts. 

  • Analyze and verify documents required for contracting under AFC established guidelines. 

  • Determine the validity, and accuracy, of the information received. 

  • Search and download needed documents from state agency websites. 

  • Ensure complete and accurate account information based on documentation reviewed. 

  • Generate contracts and necessary amendments for execution.

  • Review, accept, scan properly executed documents.

  • Review ACH Documentation for accuracy and set up of accounts for ACH processing.

  • Ensure timely and accurate follow ups for all necessary documentation.

Must Haves:

  • Post high school course work in a related field, or 3-5 years of office experience, preferred but not required.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills, with a strong desire to succeed in a team-oriented office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform varied tasks with professional judgment, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Prior experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office preferred but not required. 

 

Environmental requirements:

 

This position allows for a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and the option for working remotely 2 days per week, as applicable.
