Position Title: Purchaser / Scheduler
Wage: $22.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

As a Tool Room Specialist, you will play a key role in our Tool Room operations, handling a diverse range of tasks to support our manufacturing processes. Purchaser / Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing activities for the Tool Room, ensuring timely procurement of necessary tools and supplies
- Schedule jobs for both CNC and manual machining areas, coordinating workflow and priorities
- Handle domestic and international shipping and receiving of parts, tooling, and other items
- Learn and perform quality control (QC) inspections on all parts and tooling to ensure they meet required standards
- Operate a 3D printer and prepare printed parts for use, following proper procedures
- Assist with various other tasks as needed to support Tool Room and production operations
Requirements for Purchaser / Scheduler:
- Previous experience in purchasing and scheduling in a manufacturing environment
- Computer literate and able to quickly learn new software and systems
- Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in reading blueprints, machining, or working in a tool room atmosphere preferred
- Previous experience with QC inspection and machining skills preferred
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes preferred
