The Remittance Lead Operations position prioritizes and distributes work to employees. The focus of the position is to manage priorities, align resources to the workload, and monitor the work to ensure deadlines are met. This individual must also provide limited direction and answer basic employee questions. They may also be involved in the successful sending/receiving of customer transmission files.   

  • Distribute work to employees based on established priorities.

  • Monitor processing of work to meet processing deadlines.

  • Work with Supervisor to determine appropriate processing priorities.

  • Answer basic questions from employees.

  • Perform duties applicable to Processing Specialist I, II, III, and IV job descriptions

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS diploma/GED and 3 years of experience

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Basic computer skills
