Job title: Lead Business Analyst - Cell, Gene and Advanced Therapy Patient Services Hub

Current Need:

McKesson’s Cell, Gene and Advanced Therapy Patient Services Hub is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Business Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the requirements lifecycle of our manufacturer customers for therapy-specific hub program implementations, capturing and analyzing manufacturer patient services hub requirements and effectively communicating and prioritizing these requirements to the hub delivery team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our patient services hub meets the unique needs of manufacturers within the specialty drug business.

Key Responsibilities & Job Description:

  • Gather, document, and analyze manufacturer requirements for the  Patient Services Hub.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturers and the hub delivery team to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Develop comprehensive requirement specifications and ensure they are understood and met by the delivery team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular meetings with manufacturers to understand their evolving needs and provide updates on project status.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated regularly.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve patient services based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements related to specialty drugs and advanced therapies.
  • Support the training and development of junior business analysts and other team members.

Critical skills required & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience with pharmaceutical manufacturers in the specialty drug domain.
  • Strong in Salesforce Health cloud or speciality pharmacy experience in preferred
  • SFDC (Salesforce) Admin certification is required.
  • Proven experience in capturing and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Outstanding customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cell and gene therapy or other advanced therapies.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.

Relocation is not budgeted for this role.
