Manager Environmental Health & Safety 3

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Manager 3 in Chandler Arizona to lead the Environmental Health & Safety Engineering team in Chandler. This role will manage our Environmental Health and Safety Team. This team includes direct reports of EHS Coordinators and EHS Engineers. Manager will be responsible to ensure that we meet all requirements. The successful candidate: Oversees and manages manufacturing processes, for pneumatics, and OSHA related safety procedures, chemical processes, and environmental. Provides leadership and develop of all safety risks of the process and design the processes such that safety risks are mitigated or eliminated. All processes must meet the minimum standard as outlined in (HOPs) Hazards Operation Standard. Understands and complies with DoD 4145.26 Contractors Safety Manual for Explosives. Manages EH&S engineers and coordinators works closely with the Hazards Analysis and Cross Functional Engineering group in designing and setting up the processes. Manages and presents status on cost, schedule, and performance for all projects within the area; assesses issues and develops mitigation plans to meet productivity, quality, cost, and delivery goals. Writes and maintains EH&S manuals and procedures. Provides input to federal, City, and state regulators as required. Ensures EH&S staff maintain training certifications.
