Location:Â This is an on-site position located at 485 N Juniper Drive, Suite 2, Chandler, AZ 85226
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift between 7am – 7pm AZ Time, with rotational weekend/holidays based on business needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP 797 and USP 800
- Maintain competency related to performing sterile compounding
- Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and supply ordering, receiving and maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compounding
- Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding including daily, weekly and monthly cleaning requirementsÂ
- Work within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptly
- Maintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding
This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You'll need to work within multiple computer systems simultaneously as you respond to questions or provide specific medication details/clinical information. It's a fast paced, high volume environment where our members are counting on us to deliver these important, sometimes life-saving medications in an accurate and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona
- 1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm weekdays with rotating weekends)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently to solve high-states problems
- Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) Certification
- Â Pharmacy Technician Certification Board ( PTCB) certification
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs and laddersÂ
